OTTO WULFF takes a long-term view and acts responsibly. We promote environmental protection, social objectives, and sustainable business practices; consequently, when planning our projects, we take into account project-specific technical and social criteria and environmental requirements, as well as all applicable legal regulations. The specific measures for each project are detailed in the planning and sales documentation. Naturally, statements regarding future energy consumption depend on the building’s design and individual usage.
